The GXF and SJG series pipeline diagonal flow fans adopt drum shaped (SJG) or straight shaped (GXF) air ducts, with a conical impeller hub and a relatively small inlet diameter of the hub, which accelerates the airflow on the meridian plane and avoids the separation of airflow caused by the impeller and the rear guide foot large protrusion, thus enabling the fan to achieve high efficiency and low noise. Due to the increase in axial velocity of the airflow in the fan channel, the static pressure gradient decreases, avoiding airflow detachment and achieving a higher pressure coefficient.

CLASSIFICATION

SJG drum fans are divided into 4 types of speeds according to their machine numbers: 2 # to 8 #, 2900rpm (D), 1450rpm (F), 960rpm (S), and 720rpm (E), with a total of 20 types. The air volume range is from 200 to 25000m³/h. The full pressure range is from 50 to 1200Pa.

GXF straight fans are divided into two types according to their machine numbers: 4A/14B to 14A/14B, Type A (dual speed, some design drawings may also use "S" to indicate dual speed) and Type B (single speed), with a total of 28 types. The air volume range is from 2470 to 114900m3/h, and the total pressure range is from 130 to 1320Pa.

Fans can be customized with wind caps according to the needs of the location, and the identification method is to add the letter "W" after the machine number.

BX silencing fans are divided into: BX1、BX2。

The BX1 fan casing does not come with a muffler, but the inlet and outlet are equipped with mufflers; The BX2 type fan is equipped with mufflers on the exterior and inlet/outlet ports. The length of the muffler is 500mm, 750mm, 1000mm, and 2000mm; Users can customize the length according to their needs.

Fans can be customized into fiberglass anti-corrosion (F) and explosion-proof types according to environmental requirements.

Processing technology

The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, the blades are hydraulically formed after stamping, and the blades are welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.

The outer cylinder flange is made by integral flanging and spinning. In order to maintain consistency with the installation size of the user, the company's products will not drill holes on the flange unless otherwise specified by the user.

Wind vent muffler (optional) mold hydraulic/flanging and spinning forming. The inner layer is made of galvanized sound-absorbing microporous plate, and the interlayer is made of high-temperature resistant sound-absorbing cotton.
